Storage Programs Will Help You Weather Anything
That Comes Your Way...
Are you worried about America's
future? Who isn't? With the thought of continued terrorist
attacks, global political and civil unrest, avian/bird
flu, a shaky economy, frequent erratic weather anomalies
(just look at the Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Rita
and Hurricane Ophelia...and the rest of 2005's hurricane
season) and who knows what else, it makes sense to
be prepared. It works for the Boy Scouts with the
motto, "Be Prepared!"
Families
are stocking up on long
term food storage units, emergency
lights, portable
shortwave radios, water
filters and purifiers, first
aid kits, water
barrels and other essentials to survive anything
that comes their way.
It's easy to store your low-moisture
food, anywhere that's not too hot - under a stairway,
kitchen closet, or garage - and they'll last for 10-15
years. All you have to do to have a tasty meal for
your family is add water.

STORE FOR THE FUTURE! SAVE ON GROCERY BILLS!
Never stress over skyrocketing
grocery prices! Haven't you noticed $4-5 milk gallons,
lately? Let's not even talk about the price of good
organic alternatives. Long
term food storage units can be used everyday to
supplement your daily meals with tasty dishes. Choose
from vegetables,
hearty
casseroles, delicious
desserts, salads and dairy
in a dehydrated, low-moisture form. These foods will
stay in great condition for years to come.
Let's face facts, people. With the stability of the
world teetering on war and ruin, we can't predict
the future, but we can sure prepare for it. We've
got everything you need to develop a home emergency
preparedness strategy for your family. Choose from
many different food
storage programs!

SELF-RELIANCE IS KEY
When disaster strikes, who will
you rely on? The government, your church, your neighbors,
who? Yourself, that's who.
Nobody else is in charge, but you. Your family is
relying on you to see that they are well-prepared
and in the event of a disaster, it's your duty to
help them.
REASON
#3
PEACE OF MIND
Having a food
reserve is "insurance you can eat."
If you lost your source of income, you could still
have food
on the table for your family and still make that mortgage
payment.

NATURAL DISASTERS ARE BECOMING MORE FREQUENT
DON'T
BE LEFT IN THE DARK!
Pick up a portable
radio to listen to emergency bulletins during
a power outage. |
Severe storms, Category 5 hurricanes,
tornados, large magnitude earthquakes are happening
on a regular basis than in past years. Having your
home ready with emergency
lighting, extra batteries, a diesel/gas generator
for power, food
reserves and a
portable wind-up radio for getting news is crucial
to survival in tough times.
Food crops can be damaged by
floods and droughts worsened by global climate changes,
infestations of pests or weeds, reducing food
supplies. Truckers could strike stopping the food
supply instantly. And when supermarkets only carry
less than a 3 day supply of food, do you want to be
scrambling for that last gallon of milk
or loaf of bread? Avoid the madness! Order your one
year food supply and feel better that you've made
a step in the right direction.

OUR CHAOTIC CLIMATE
Whether
you believe in global warming or not, our weather
seems to be increasingly warmer and wetter causing
the aforementioned droughts and floods in some areas.
In high-risk areas, like the Great Plains, the Great
Lakes and river basins like the Colorado and Rio Grande
the effects of these weather patterns could be devastating.
- In
2004-2005 an unprecedented amount of damage was
done by major hurricanes to New Orleans and Louisiana,
Florida and Mississippi. Estimates in damage are
still unknown and thousands of lives were lost,
not to mention the displacement of millions.
- In
1993, the Mississippi River flood caused damages
of up to $10-20 billion, the Pacific Northwest floods
in 1996-97 resulted in $3 billion in damages, and
the 1997 flood in the Northern Plains caused $2
billion in damages.
-
The Great Plains are susceptible to extreme droughts,
which can erode the soil and destroy crops. Damage
from the Southern Plains' drought of 1996 was estimated
at $4 billion.
-
Fire-ravaged drought conditions in Florida, California,
and the Southwest in 2000, destroying more than
7 million acres of land. The National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) scientists reported
that 2000 was the driest year on record for the
State of Florida, and the future is shaping up to
be even drier still.
No one knows the future,
but we can prepare for it. Whether disaster strikes
your family in the form of a pink slip, a hurricane,
your retirement lost to corporate corruption or suffrage
from a health-related issue, the SINGLE
MOST IMPORTANT thing
you can do is insure that you know where your next
meal is coming. Start your long
term food reserve program and get the proper survival
kits and supplies. Be ready for the future!
